I had a hose come loose on live well of my boat. It was fixed within 24 hours and they are going to deliver the boat back to me which is over an hour away from them. Highly recommend them! The boat was exactly as described over the phone and no games... What a great experience.. The service tech Shane had direct answers and knew his stuff.. Neil & Angela were fantastic and handled all the paperwork making for a very simple transaction.. An hour long drive for me and worth every second.. They get the highest recommendation possible. Update: About 2 years later, spouses injury forced the boat sale. Ellis Marine was such a great experience the 1st time, I decided to let Neil handle the sale of my boat. He took care of everything. He made the sale fast and easy and got me a very fair price for the boat. Ellis Marine gets 5 stars for sure.

Really great boat buying experience. Got almost immediate reply by email from GM and owner. They went over multiple options and Neil even came in on Saturday when they are normally closed to allow me to drive from Savannah to look at the boat. He dropped it off the following week at my marina for no extra charge and we took it out for an overview of the function. Compared to other boat dealers, these guys were great. Would definitely recommend and go back to them down the road
